Standard & Next Day Delivery Costs

Standard Delivery Time

All standard deliveries are made during Monday - Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, public holidays or stated holidays as advertised on our website.

Small Items - Via Royal Mail

Goods are delivered by Royal Mail may require a signature upon delivery.

Medium & Large Items - Via Courier

The couriers will attempt delivery at your address, if no-one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot. The couriers may attempt delivery the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt. Goods delivered by courier will require a signature upon delivery.

Extra Large Items - Via Pallet Transport Company

One of our customer support team will call you to arrange delivery of your purchase or our Transport Company will call to arrange delivery, this will be within 72 hours of purchase, you will be able to arrange with the transport company a suitable day for your delivery. Goods delivered by Transport Company will require a signature upon delivery.

Damage in Transit - Small, Medium and Large Items

All Goods delivered within UK and Ireland is insured against damage in transit. We can not consider any claims for damage after 7 days of delivery.

Please ensure all items are checked in full by your self. Any damages will need to be notified to Taps UK within 7 days of delivery either by contacting customer support by telephone or email. If Taps UK are not notified regarding damage within 7 working days of delivery, Taps UK are unable to claim from either Transport Company or the manufacturer.

Damage in Transit - Extra Large Items

Due to the fragile nature of extra large items, all items must be checked for any obvious sign of damage before you sign for the goods. Any items with obvious sign of damage must be refused and sign for as damaged.

Shortage

Please Note

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for your goods that you have ordered. Taps UK customer support will email you once we have dispatched your item.

Taps UK strongly advises you not to book any contractors until full receipt of all your items, if goods are out of stock, one of our customer support personnel will contact you with a expected delivery date. Please report any damage or shortages within 7 days.

Collection

Taps UK is an online company, we do not offer collection service.

Change of Delivery Address

Due to increasing amount of credit card fraud, we are only able to deliver goods to the credit card holders address only, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Telephone Number Required

In order for us to process your order with our delivery company we require a telephone number. If you are paying with paypal please make sure your account has a telephone number assigned to it. Please be aware without a telephone number we are unable to process your order and will result in delay.
